Job summary

LumaDent, Inc. is seeking a confident, personable Dental Sales Representative to own the Cincinnati market and drive growth for our loupes, headlights, and ergonomic solutions tailored to dental professionals.

You will travel within the Cincinnati territory, visit dental offices, demonstrate products, and build long-term relationships with dentists and staff while meeting sales goals and maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build relationships with clients in a B2B environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing a sales territory independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with dentists, hygienists, and dental practices.
• Develop new business and grow existing accounts in the Cincinnati territory.
• Visit dental offices to present products and conduct demonstrations.
• Follow up with leads and customers throughout the sales process.
• Represent LumaDent professionally at events and meetings.
• Maintain CRM with customer information and sales activity.
