Job summary

Banco Santander USA's SCIB unit is seeking an entry‑ to early‑career Portfolio Management Analyst to support credit spreading, covenant tracking, collateral monitoring, and portfolio reporting across lending portfolios. The role covers Infrastructure Finance, Structured Finance, Leveraged Finance, IG corporate lending and GTB‑linked exposures.

You will assist with annual and quarterly reviews, maintain trackers, support amendments and lifecycle events, and collaborate with Front Office, Credit,

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
• Foundational knowledge of financial statements, credit analysis, Excel and corporate finance.
• Exposure to banking, credit, lending, infrastructure/structured/leveraged finance helpful.
• Ability to perform accurate data entry, financial spreading and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Credit spreading and basic credit analysis using financial statements and templates.
• Maintain trackers for financial statements, covenants, collateral and reviews.
• Assist with amendment, waiver and lifecycle event tracking and documentation.
• Prepare recurring status reports, covenant dashboards and data extracts.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Credit, Risk, Agency, Operations and Finance teams.
