Job summary

Okta is seeking a Services Architect - CIAM to act as a technical authority for cloud and on-prem IT systems, delivering Okta’s CIAM platform for customer identity use cases. You will translate business needs into actionable strategy, partner with customers, and drive initiatives to measurable business value.

This role sits within the Professional Services delivery team. You will work across CIC products, collaborate with executives, and travel up to 50% to support customer implementations and

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT/software development and architecture experience.
• 3+ years as a consultant leading customer-facing engagements.
• 3+ years delivering IAM and cloud solution designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering for identity platform deployments.
• Document functional and technical requirements with customers.
• Develop project plans and provide architectural leadership.
