Job summary

Okta is seeking a Services Architect - CIAM to be the technical authority on cloud and on-premises IT systems. You will drive design and implementation for Okta's CIAM platform, partnering with customers to translate business needs into actionable strategies and high business value.

This role sits in the Professional Services team and serves client engagements with Okta CIC offerings. You will work with customers on identity use cases for B2C and B2B, lead discovery workshops, and ensure designs

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT/software development experience, solution design and architecture.
• 3+ years of consulting experience.
• 3+ years driving application architecture design.
• 3+ years of experience with IAM architectures.

Responsibilities

• Review and lead gathering of business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Document common technical and functional requirements for solutions.
• Support creation of project plans to develop and implement solutions.
• Translate requirements to designs and provide technical leadership.
• Assist in periodic health-checks and project reviews.
