Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Senior Identity Application Architect to lead CIAM/IAM architecture across the organization and drive secure, scalable identity solutions for customers and employees.

You will collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and product teams to translate requirements into robust identity patterns and integrations with Okta, Auth0, Azure, AWS, Salesforce, and ServiceNow. This role emphasizes security, reliability, and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical work experience in a related field.
• 7+ years in identity and access management, with CIAM/IAM architecture experience.
• 4+ years leading CIAM/IAM platform implementations (auth, federation, lifecycle).
• Experience integrating Okta, Auth0, Azure, AWS, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and similar platforms.
• Certification in CISSP, CCSP, Okta, or AWS/Azure security credentials is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of CIAM/IAM solutions for customer, partner, and workforce identities.
• Define reference architectures, standards, and patterns for identity services and lifecycle automation.
• Architect federation, SSO, adaptive authentication, and authorization models; govern data flows.
• Collaborate with engineering to implement identity-enabled apps, APIs, and portals.
• Mentor engineers and drive governance reviews, risk mitigation, and secure-by-design practices.
