Job summary

Okta is seeking a Services Architect - CIAM to lead design and deployment of the Customer Identity Cloud for enterprise customers. You will translate business needs into technical architectures, guide delivery, and partner with customers to achieve high business value.

You will collaborate with clients and executives, drive discovery workshops, and help define system designs and specifications for complex identity projects across cloud and on-prem environments. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT/software development experience, solution design and architecture.
• 3+ years consulting experience.
• 3+ years driving application architecture design.
• 3+ years of experience with (IAM) architectures.
• 3+ years implementing cloud solutions (AWS, Google Apps, Salesforce).
• Experience with B2C/B2B identity use cases (registration, MFA, SSO).
• Ability to interact with CxOs and executives.
• Experience in discovery workshops and requirements derivation.
• Knowledge of SAML, SSO, RBAC, OAuth, OIDC, REST/JSON.

Responsibilities

• Lead gathering of business, functional and technical requirements for CIAM solutions.
• Document common technical requirements with customers.
• Create and support project plans for proposed solutions.
• Provide technical leadership within the PS delivery team.
• Conduct periodic health-checks and project reviews.
