Job summary

Okta is seeking a Services Architect to be a technical authority for cloud and on-prem IT systems, focusing on Workforce Identity Cloud for customer use cases. Develop trusted customer relationships, translate business needs into actionable strategy, and drive initiatives to measurable business value as part of the PS Delivery Team.

You will gather requirements, lead discovery workshops, and provide architectural designs and specifications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT/software development, solution design and architecture.
• 3+ years consulting and leading customer engagements.
• 3+ years driving application architecture design.
• 3+ years IAM architectures and cloud implementations.
• Experience with B2C and B2B identity use cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering for identity platforms powered by Okta.
• Document common technical and functional requirements with customers.
• Support project plans and provide technical leadership on engagements.
• Perform customer health-checks and project reviews.
