Job summary

Okta is seeking a Services Architect to design and implement workforce identity on-prem and cloud solutions. You will translate business needs into actionable strategies, lead technical design, and work as a key PS Delivery Team member across customer implementations.

You will interact with executives, develop long-term customer relationships, and drive outcomes with high business value while traveling up to 50% as required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT/software development, solution design and architecture experience.
• 3+ years consulting and 3+ years leading architecture design.
• Experience with IAM architectures and cloud solutions (AWS, Gapps, SF).
• Experience with B2C/B2B identity use cases (SSO, MFA, social identities).
• Ability to interact with CxOs and deliver architecture workshops.
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, RBAC and related security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead gathering of business/technical requirements for an identity platform.
• Document common requirements and help create project plans.
• Provide technical leadership within the PS delivery team.
• Perform health checks and project reviews with customers.
