Job summary

Deloitte’s Cyber team is seeking a Senior Engineering Management Specialist to lead CIAM design and delivery for client digital transformations, focusing on scalable identity platforms and secure access.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, cyber professionals, developers, testers, and alliance/vendor teams to drive milestones, resolve issues, and deliver high-quality client outcomes through well-documented engineering work.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of industry experience.
• 4+ years in Identity and Access Management.
• 2+ years hands-on with customization of Transmit Security and Ping Identity tools.
• Travel 25-50% on average based on client work.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Support CIAM solution design and implementation aligned to client security objectives.
• Participate in end-to-end CIAM engagements from requirements to production support.
• Configure CIAM across platforms (Transmit Security, Ping Federate, Okta, ForgeRock).
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable identity solutions and create docs and test plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendor teams to drive delivery milestones and client relationships.
