Job summary

Cencora is hiring for a Customer Identity and Access Management Specialist to configure, support, and enhance CIAM platforms across our digital ecosystem. You will enable secure customer authentication, authorization, and lifecycle management with SSO, MFA, and federated identities.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, security, and architecture teams to implement modern CIAM capabilities, integrate with Okta/Auth0/Ping/ForgeRock, and maintain automation, logs, and security controls

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years in IAM/CIAM, platform engineering, or related roles.
Experience with CIAM solutions (Okta, Auth0, Ping, ForgeRock, Entra).
Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT, and REST APIs.
Experience troubleshooting in cloud/hybrid environments.
Scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Python).
Understanding of Zero Trust, identity governance, and data protection.

Responsibilities

Configures and maintains CIAM platforms for authentication and authorization services.
Supports registration, profile management, and identity lifecycle across channels.
Implements SSO, MFA, adaptive auth, and federation technologies.
Develops API integrations using OAuth, OIDC, SAML, and SCIM.
Analyzes logs and security events to resolve access issues and disruptions.
Designs API-based integrations between apps and centralized identity services.
Creates documentation, runbooks, and architecture diagrams for CIAM.
