Job summary

Cencora is seeking a CIAM Engineer to configure and support enterprise CIAM platforms that enable secure customer authentication and seamless user journeys. You will work with engineering, product, security, and architecture teams to implement modern CIAM capabilities, including SSO, MFA, and passwordless options.

You will develop and maintain API integrations using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and SCIM, while monitoring platform performance and security events.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related field.
2+ years in Identity and Access Management or CIAM.
Experience with major CIAM solutions (Okta/Auth0/Ping/ForgeRock, Entra).
Knowledge of OAuth2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT and RESTful APIs.
Cloud/hybrid environment experience; scripting ability (JavaScript).
Understanding of Zero Trust, identity governance, and data protection.

Responsibilities

Configure, administer, and maintain enterprise CIAM platforms for secure auth services.
Support registration, profile, consent, and identity lifecycle across channels.
Implement SSO, MFA, adaptive and passwordless authentication.
Develop integrations using OAuth2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM.
Analyze logs and security events to troubleshoot access issues.
Collaborate with engineering, product, security, and architecture teams.
