Job summary

Cencora is seeking a CIAM-focused engineer to configure and enhance our customer identity and access management platforms, ensuring secure, scalable authentication for digital experiences. You will work with engineering, product, and security teams to implement modern CIAM capabilities including SSO/MFA, federation, and social login across customer applications.

Responsibilities include maintaining integrations using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and SCIM, analyzing identity telemetry, and supporting

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
2+ years in Identity and Access Management or CIAM related roles.
Experience with CIAM platforms (Okta, Auth0, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Microsoft Entra).
Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, JWT, RESTful APIs.
Experience troubleshooting authentication, federation, and user access in cloud/hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

Configure, administer, and maintain enterprise CIAM platforms for secure authentication and authorization services.
Support registration, account recovery, profile and consent management across digital channels.
Implement and manage SSO, MFA, adaptive and passwordless authentication, and federated identities.
Develop and support API-based integrations using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM.
Analyze logs and security events to troubleshoot access issues and service disruptions.
Collaborate with engineering, product, security, and architecture teams to optimize CIAM capabilities.
