Job summary

Eaton Corporation's ES AMER ESS division seeks a CI Analyst in Nacogdoches, TX to drive continuous improvement across the plant. You will lead Lean Six Sigma projects, coach teams in root-cause analysis, and expand ELSS/CI capability while coordinating site-wide problem solving and cost-out initiatives.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 3 years in manufacturing, with relocation assistance available for candidates outside a 50-mile radius.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Three (3) years of experience in a manufacturing and/or operations environment.
Relocation assistance provided within 50-mile radius of Nacogdoches, TX.

Responsibilities

Lead and support Lean Six Sigma initiatives (RIE, VSM, KPI tracking).
Coordinate problem-solving activities and corrective actions for production issues.
Develop and maintain operational reporting and cost-out analyses.
Coach others in root-cause analysis and problem-solving tools (8D, A3, FMEA).
Drive ELSS/CI capability and training for site leadership and teams.
Manage project work including BPI and IDB activities and status updates.
