Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 3+ years manufacturing/ops experience in a plant environment.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• Experience with Lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Level 3 Rapid Improvement Events (RIE).
• Develop ELSS/CI capability and coach local champions.
• Coordinate corrective action plans for production problems.
• Plan strategies to improve employee relations and engagement.
• Support BPI, IDB and RIE activities.
• Lead Six Sigma projects to achieve goals.
• Mentor engineers and technicians in root cause analysis and problem-solving tools (e.g., 8D, A3).
• Support ISO 9001/14000 certification activities.
