Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division seeks an EHS Analyst to support environmental, health, safety and security efforts at the Nacogdoches site. The role includes establishing EHS objectives, reporting, and regulatory compliance across local, state, and national levels.

Relocation assistance is provided for candidates outside a 50-mile radius of Nacogdoches, TX. The position emphasizes MESH and ISO14001 alignment, training, and a strong EHS culture throughout the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Three (3) years of experience in an EHS-related field.
• One (1) year of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports EHS Leader in setting EHS targets & objectives for the plant, Value Streams, and EHS team.
• Supports the creation of EHS goals and/or objectives for the site manager and leadership team to drive EHS culture, compliance, and results.
• Supports site in achieving EHS targets & objectives and development of goals.
• Maintains risk assessments to identify critical EHS hazards and opportunities for safety improvements.
• Tracks leading and lagging indicators to monitor EHS performance.
• Prepares reports on key EHS performance indicators for leadership review.
• Engages MESH element champions and leads EHS teams/committees to achieve yearly targets.
• Promotes zero-incident EHS culture across the site.
• Completes annual regulatory compliance evaluations with EHS leadership.
• Supports third-party recognition programs for world-class EHS.
