Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division in Nacogdoches, TX, seeks an EHS Analyst to support environmental, health, safety, and security efforts at the site. Relocation assistance is offered; the role includes ensuring EHS metrics, regulatory compliance, and a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities include leading EHS teams, driving risk assessments, and maintaining MESH elements while coordinating with leadership to achieve annual targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Three years of experience in an EHS-related field.
• One year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Relocation assistance provided for candidates outside 50 miles of Nacogdoches, TX.

Responsibilities

• Support EHS activities at location(s) and help establish EHS objectives and targets.
• Report EHS performance and ensure MESH and ISO14001 compliance.
• Ensure timely closure of EHS findings and complete required training.
• Promote zero incident EHS culture and lead EHS teams and committees.
• Develop risk assessments and track leading/lagging indicators.
• Prepare EHS performance reports for Leadership presentations.
