Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking an EHS Analyst to support environmental, health, safety, and security efforts at the Nacogdoches site in Texas. The role drives EHS culture, maintains MESH and ISO 14001 compliance, and ensures timely closure of findings with robust reporting.

The EHS Senior Analyst will lead cross-functional teams, develop risk assessments, manage data processes, and deliver training to ensure safe operations across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Three (3) years of experience in an EHS-related field.
• One (1) year of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports EHS Leader in setting EHS targets and objectives for the plant and EHS team.
• Supports site in achieving EHS targets and objectives and drives culture and results.
• Maintains risk assessments to identify hazards and improvement opportunities.
• Tracks leading and lagging indicators to monitor EHS performance.
• Prepares reports for Leadership on EHS performance indicators.
