Qualifications

• Support the CI manager/team in developing CI vision and deployment plans.
• Participate in and lead CI activities, training, and Kaizen events.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis and daily improvement activities.
• Support line balancing and deployment of best practices.
• Contribute to training delivery and CI certification efforts.
• Travel occasionally for on-site engagements.
