Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale is seeking a full-time, non-exempt HR support role to assist the HR Training Manager in recruiting, payroll, policy procedures and staff development. You will help create job descriptions, process postings, and ensure compliant classifications while safeguarding employee records in the HRIS.

You will also manage onboarding, offer letters, and exits, maintain organizational charts, and coordinate badge access.

Competenze

• Experience in HR administration and policy procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with ATS, HRIS, and office productivity tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.

Mansioni

• Assist in position request processes including job descriptions and approvals.
• Support the HR Training Manager to enforce FLSA rules and role changes.
• Coordinate job postings and initial phone screens with managers.
• Create offer letters and complete onboarding paperwork.
• Maintain employee records in the HRIS and ensure access removal at separation.
• Maintain organizational charts and update status reports for HR leadership.
• Arrange badge access and assist with exit interviews and reports.
• Handle employment verifications and stay current on FLSA and DOL changes.
• Support staff with prayerful and confidential handling of issues.
