Job summary

Life.Church seeks an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, offboarding, and leave administration. You will serve as the first point of contact for the HR team and help maintain accurate personnel records, with guidance from HR Partners for complex cases.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, process accuracy, and a warm, service-oriented approach to staff. A 1-3 year HR background is preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to maintain relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information and escalate appropriately.
• 1-3 years of related HR experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own HR Operations: onboarding/offboarding, housing allowance, licensure, and staff inquiries.
• Manage employee lifecycle and leave: onboarding communications, offboarding, FMLA and other leaves.
• Collaborate with Benefits and HR Partners; ensure confidentiality and process integrity.
