Job summary

Saint Ambrose Church in Seymour, IN, seeks a full-time Business Manager to support the Pastor and oversee finances, compliance, and reporting for the parish office. The role directs parish office operations, prepares the annual budget, maintains the general ledger, and produces financial reports, serving as the liaison with the Archdiocese on financial matters.

Qualifications

• College degree in a related discipline and/or 5–10 years business experience.
• Ability to read and edit spreadsheets, email, and other tools related to this role.
• Must be able to successfully complete the Archdiocese of Indianapolis Child Safety Training.
• Background screening required.
• Must understand and comply with the Archdiocese of Indianapolis Code of Conduct.

Responsibilities
