Job summary

The Diocese of St. Augustine seeks a Business Manager to support the Pastor in planning, directing, and coordinating financial and facilities management and HR operations for the parish.

Responsibilities include coordinating ministries, HR duties, and overseeing budgets, reporting, and fundraising with oversight from the Pastor and Diocesan offices. A strong background in business administration and Catholic fidelity is preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Ability to develop positive relationships with employees at all levels.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Practicing Catholic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate parish ministries and services, including volunteer recruitment.
• Assist pastor with recruitment, hiring, and HR responsibilities.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and fundraising oversight.
