Job summary

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints seeks an administrative support role within its Facilities Management Group. This position assists with timely maintenance of facilities, following established maintenance, repair and replacement processes, and provides essential clerical support to the team.

Candidates must live within the geographic area highlighted on the map; the role requires staying within 30 minutes of the facility, and the selected person will coordinate schedules,

Qualifications

• Two years post high school education
• Three to five years diverse clerical experience or equivalent demonstrating computer skills and experience including Windows, Microsoft Applications, and aptitude to learn other software applications as needed.
• Communications skills, including professional phone etiquette and effective business writing.
• Basic business accounting skills, including understanding of invoices, purchase orders, contracts.
• Organizational skills including filing, scheduling, time management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Facilities Management Group to ensure timely maintenance to facilities using established processes and standards of maintenance, repair, and replacement.
• Provide administrative support to a Facilities Management workgroup.
• Selected applicant must reside within the geographic area shaded in blue on the map below.
