Church of Jesus Christ seeks a Facility Services Coordinator to support the Facilities Management team in Nampa, ID, focusing on timely maintenance and administrative tasks that enable worship, teaching and sacred ordinances. The role requires living within 30 minutes of the area and strong coordination with vendors.

The position is full-time, remote-friendly, and part of a faith-based organization dedicated to service and community.

Qualificações

• Two years of post high school education.
• Three to five years of diverse clerical experience with computer skills.
• Strong communications skills including professional phone etiquette and effective business writing.
• Basic business accounting skills, including understanding of invoices, purchase orders, contracts.
• Strong organizational skills including filing, scheduling and time management.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares purchase requisitions, processes invoices, prepares financial reports, tracks all materials and services, under the direction of the FM, communicates frequently with vendors, and contractors.
• Maintains computer databases: CNA, Purchase Orders, Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance Schedules, Employee & Facility records.
• Performs other office and administrative duties as assigned
• Customer Support Focus: Acts as the first point of contract for all incoming phone and email inquiries for the Facilities Management Group and responds to customers in a timely manner.
