Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of recent office-based physician sales or chronic infusion healthcare experience.
• High school diploma with 5+ years of office-based physician sales experience.
• Experience building and managing relationships with physician office practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain professional relationships with targeted physician groups and staff to maximize opportunities.
• Present effectively to physicians and office staff.
• Consult with clinicians and medical staff to promote Option Care Health and provide excellent service.
• Review sales data to create territory plans and allocate promotional funds.
• Maintain strong relationships with regional teams to align sales efforts.
• Meet call rate goals with top target customers.
• Achieve sales performance goals for the geography.
• Demonstrate knowledge of local market dynamics and therapy areas.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues.
• Show a proven track record in the home infusion market.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally; analyze problems to improve performance.
• Adhere to all compliance policies.
