Job summary

Key Responsibilities

• Drives a Salvation Army vehicle during the Christmas season in order to transport passengers to and from Salvation Army activities or sites
• Picks up and delivers miscellaneous items and donated goods, as needed
• Ability to drive a passenger vehicle ensuring the safety of passengers and protection of the vehicle. Observes traffic signs and regulations.
• Logs all mileage on standard forms. Fuels vehicles in accordance with standards
• Ability to relate to the general public in a polite, friendly manner

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

Work involves driving a vehicle where there may be physical discomforts associated with changes in weather such as rain, cold, snow, heat or discomforts associated with long distance trips or heavy traffic.

What We Are Looking For In You
