The Salvation Army in Fort Worth seeks an organized coordinator to recruit, train and supervise bell ringing staff and volunteers for the kettle program. You will schedule shifts, monitor site coverage, and maintain records of hours worked and income.

You will communicate with staff and volunteers, answer questions, and help resolve issues while supporting community outreach and fundraising efforts. A valid driver’s license is required for transporting kettles and supplies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with at least one year of kettle fundraising experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required to operate Salvation Army vehicles.
