Qualifications

Basic to intermediate computer skills for reservations and seating records.

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and warmly, escort to tables and coordinate seating with the service team.
Answer telephone inquiries professionally and assist with reservations, including large-party requests.
Maintain accurate guest counts and seating records for organized dining room service.
Communicate guest requests and service needs to the appropriate team members.
Maintain a clean, organized entrance, host station, and guest waiting area.
Assist with opening and closing duties and dining room readiness.
Process payments and validate coupons if assigned cashier duties.
Work cooperatively with restaurant team for consistent guest service.
