Job summary

Monarch Casino Resort Spa in Black Hawk, Colorado is seeking a Restaurant Server for the 3rd shift (overnight). The position is full-time with a starting salary of $12.14 per hour plus tips.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking beverage orders, and delivering timely service in a high-energy resort dining environment. Qualifications include excellent guest service, strong English communication, ability to work weekends/holidays, and physical endurance for long shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills, with proficiency in English and the ability to understand and convey information clearly.
• Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment and familiar with food service regulations (preferred).
• Physical requirements include standing for long periods, bending, stooping, and using hands continuously, with the ability to lift and push/pull weights up to 45 lbs.
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays, and pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Take and enter beverage orders into the system quickly, and make informed recommendations about food and beverages.
• Provide exceptional service by checking on guests, refilling drinks, and addressing concerns or issues, escalating to management if needed.

• Follow safety and alcohol awareness procedures, complete side work assignments, and perform other duties as assigned.
