Läderach in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Deputy (Assistant) Store Manager to oversee staff, drive exceptional customer experiences, and support the Store and Regional Managers in achieving store quotas.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in retail with increasing responsibility, strong leadership and customer service skills, and the flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays. A passion for chocolate is essential.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Strong leadership, staff management and customer service skills required.
• Flexible schedule including extended hours, weekends and holiday work as needed.
• Proficient with email, Microsoft 365, data entry, spreadsheets and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead outstanding in-store customer experience and motivate staff to deliver top customer care.
• Oversee product sales and register duties, including shop and shelf care, gift packaging and order fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate merchandising and follow food safety protocol.
• Schedule staff shifts and coordinate store meetings/events.
• Assist Store Manager with merchandising accuracy and inventory orders.
• Maintain in-store compliance and loss prevention standards.
• Act as a key communicator of corporate values to customers and employees.
• Manage store in the Store Manager's absence.
• Handle other role-related responsibilities as assigned by the Store Manager.
