Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Boston to lead daily store operations and drive sales excellence. You will coach sales staff, maintain product knowledge, and ensure customer experiences reflect Lindt's premium brand.

The role requires a proven retail background, ability to delegate, and strong math skills. Expect a fast-paced environment with evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work nights, weekends (including Saturdays and Sundays) and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sales: meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales plans and contribute to district sales targets.
• Lead and train staff to deliver Lindt's sales mission and product knowledge.
• Supervise staff to achieve KPIs and adhere to company sales standards (ADS, UPT, conversion).
• Model Lindt standards in daily activities (4 Moments of Influence, dress code, upselling, passion).
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Store Management to prevent out-of-stocks/overstocks.
