Lindt USA, a premium chocolate retailer, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our in-store team in Kittery, Maine. You will engage customers, uphold brand standards, and lead a small team to deliver a premium Lindt experience.

The role emphasizes sales achievement, staff development, and strict operational controls. You should have proven sales experience, the ability to lead others, basic math skills, and prior retail work; availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven sales background.
• Ability to take direction and effectively delegate and execute through others.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Sales: meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales plans and contribute to district goals.
• Staff Development: train and develop sales staff according to Lindt guidelines.
• Operational Controls: ensure compliance with quality assurance policies and maintain store standards.
• Inventory and cash controls: monitor stock levels and POS procedures.
• Support with daily store operations and customer service excellence.
