Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations in our Freeport store. You will drive sales, train team members, and maintain exceptional store standards to deliver a premium Lindt experience to customers.

The role requires a proven sales background, strong leadership, and ability to manage stock, cash handling, and store compliance. Evening and weekend shifts are required for this position.

Qualifications

• Proven sales background.
• Ability to take direction and effectively delegate and execute through others.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; physical requirements as listed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales targets and contribute to district plans.
• Train and develop staff according to Lindt guidelines.
• Maintain operational controls and ensure QA compliance.
• Monitor stock levels and prevent out-of-stocks or overstock issues.
• Oversee cash handling and POS procedures.
