Job summary

Excelsia Injury Care is seeking a Certified Chiropractic Assistant to support patient care at our clinics. You will assist pre- and post-care, take vital signs, document modalities, and help maintain clean treatment spaces.

Must hold Chiropractic Assistant certification, have CPR/First Aid, and at least one year in an office providing physical therapy or chiropractic services. Will travel to regional locations to ensure coverage and patient care quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Chiropractic Assistant state certification required.
• 1 year of office experience in physical therapy and/or chiropractic care.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with doctors, patients, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Assist patient’s pre and post care by the D.C.
• Take vital signs of patients
• Perform physical therapy modalities as directed by the D.C.
• Document modalities performed and progress notes accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of exam and treatment rooms
• Monitor controls on physical therapy equipment
• Maintain inventory and order supplies
• Assist in general office operations including filing, chart prep, phones, registration, posting charges, scanning
