Excelsia Injury Care is seeking an assistant to support chiropractors and clinicians across multiple locations. You will help with patient check-in, vital signs, documentation, and basic modalities while ensuring clean, organized treatment areas and accurate records.

The role requires Spanish proficiency, CPR/First Aid certification, and a year of related office experience in physical therapy or chiropractic care. Travel to regional sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Spanish language required for patient interactions and documentation.
• At least 1 year of office experience in physical therapy or chiropractic care.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to interact effectively with physicians, patients and coworkers.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification must be maintained.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and check them in/out with proper etiquette.
• Take vital signs and assist in pre/post care under the D.C.
• Document modalities performed and progress notes clearly.
• Keep exam and treatment rooms clean and organized at all times.
• Support office operations: filing, chart preparation, phones, registration and billing.
• Travel to other locations within the region as needed for coverage.
