Excelsia Injury Care is seeking a motivated Chiropractic Assistant to support pre/post care, take vital signs, and perform PT modalities under the supervision of a Doctor of Chiropractic. The role requires maintaining clean treatment areas, accurate documentation, and flexibility to travel between locations as needed.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in an office-based PT/chiro setting, strong communication, and organizational skills, with CPR/First Aid certification maintained throughout

Formación

• Certification in CPR and/or First Aid. Must be maintained throughout employment.
• 1 year experience in an office providing physical therapy and/or chiropractic care
• Tact and skill in patient management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively interact with doctors, patients, and co-workers

Responsabilidades

• Assist patient’s pre and post care by the D.C.
• Take vital signs of patients
• Perform physical therapy modalities as directed by the D.C.
• Document modalities performed and patient progress notes clearly and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of exam and treatment rooms at all times
• Monitor controls on physical therapy equipment
• Maintain inventory and order supplies
• Assist in general office operations including filing, chart prep, answering phones, patient registration, posting charges, scanning
• Travel to other locations to maintain coverage for quality patient care
• Attend monthly FL meetings and complete Monthly Compliance Checklist
