Job summary

Excelsia Injury Care is seeking a Chiropractic Assistant / Medical Assistant to support patient care across locations in the Las Vegas area. The role involves assisting clinicians, taking vital signs, and handling basic administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid certification, and at least 1 year of experience in a chiropractic or physical therapy office. On-site, full-time role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• State certification or enrollment to become certified within one year.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification must be maintained during employment.
• 1 year of office experience in a physical therapy or chiropractic setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to interact with doctors, patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients before and after care as directed by the D.C.
• Take vital signs.
• Perform physical therapy modalities as directed.
• Document modalities and patient comments clearly.
• Maintain cleanliness of exam and treatment rooms.
• Monitor physical therapy equipment controls.
• Launder towels, gowns and supplies as required.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies.
• Assist with general office tasks: filing, chart prep, phones, registration, billing, scanning.
• Travel to other locations to ensure coverage and patient care.
• Keep office neat, clean and orderly.
