Excelsia Injury Care in Maryland is seeking a dedicated clinical assistant to support physical therapy services across locations as needed. You will assist patients before and after care, take vitals, document progress notes, maintain rooms, and help with general office tasks while traveling to cover multiple sites.

A high school diploma and CPR/First Aid certification are required. Ideal candidates have 1 year of office-based PT or chiropractic experience, strong communication, and the ability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State Certification within one year of employment.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification required and maintained.
• 1 year of office experience in physical therapy and/or chiropractic care.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to interact effectively with doctors, patients, and coworkers.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients before and after care.
• Take vital signs of patients.
• Perform physical therapy modalities as directed.
• Document modalities and patient progress notes accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of exam and treatment rooms.
• Monitor physical therapy equipment controls.
• Launder towels and supplies as required.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies.
• Assist in general office operations and patient registration.
• Travel to other locations to ensure coverage for patient care.
• Support office in a neat, clean, orderly fashion.
• Perform other duties as directed.
