Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Senior Instructor for Chillers to design and deliver advanced technical training across North America. You will become a subject matter expert for York chillers, lead live classroom and web-based sessions, and collaborate with instructional designers to create impactful learning materials.

The role offers travel across North America, opportunities for on-the-job and cross training, and a collaborative environment focused on safety and performance.

Qualifications

• Five plus years of experience with York chillers.
• Experience with training, coaching or teaching is desirable.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Education or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver learning sessions, including live classroom sessions and web-based learning sessions (synchronous or asynchronous).
• Develop subject matter expertise and create learning materials for new areas.
• Maintain and upgrade lab equipment and computers used in training.
• Collaborate with IDs and learning professionals to deliver learning solutions on time and on budget.
