Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience with York chillers and operational checks, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live classroom sessions and web‑based learning sessions on York chiller technology.
• Adapt instruction style and content to meet audience needs and technology platforms.
• Define and develop training materials, including lessons, labs, and assessments.
• Measure training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
• Assist regional and branch personnel with training needs.
