Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a Children\'s Case Manager to provide professional case management services to eligible clients. You will advocate for children with serious emotional disturbances and coordinate required services within an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires travel in the designated area, flexibility in hours, and a strong commitment to working with children and adolescents in Maine. A minimum year of relevant experience is needed and a degree pathway is outlined in the requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year relevant life/work experience working with children with a Serious Emotional Disturbance.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree as specified in requirements.

General Description of Responsibilities:The scope of practice for this position is to provide professional case management service to eligible clients. The case manager is an advocate for clients when securing services and is responsible for coordinating all services deemed necessary to meet the needs of clients served. The Children's Case Manager (CCM) will be sensitive toward others and enjoy working with children and adolescents and work effectively within an interdisciplinary team.This position will be required to possess the ability and desire to work flexible hours to meet client demand.
