Assistance Plus is seeking a Children's Case Manager to provide professional case management services to eligible clients, advocating for children and coordinating services in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. The CCM will work with children and adolescents, traveling within the designated area and accommodating flexible hours to meet client demand.
