Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Farmington, ME seeks a Children’s Case Manager to provide professional case management for eligible clients, advocate for services, and coordinate required supports within an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires a minimum of one year of relevant experience with children who have Serious Emotional Disturbance, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related fields, and intermediate computer skills. Travel within the district is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience working with children with Serious Emotional Disturbance.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, mental health, or related field; or Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, nursing, or related field from an accredited graduate program.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional case management services and advocate for clients’ access to services.
• Coordinate services and resources to meet client needs.

General Description of Responsibilities:The scope of practice for this position is to provide professional case management service to eligible clients. The case manager is an advocate for clients when securing services and is responsible for coordinating all services deemed necessary to meet the needs of clients served. The Children's Case Manager (CCM) will be sensitive toward others and enjoy working with children and adolescents and work effectively within an interdisciplinary team.This position will be required to possess the ability and desire to work flexible hours to meet client demand.
