Davis Street Community Center is seeking a detail-oriented Provider Payment Support Specialist to assist childcare providers in subsidized programs. You will onboard providers, help with attendance reporting and invoicing, and maintain reimbursement records in CC4.

The role emphasizes accuracy and customer service while ensuring program compliance. Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of related experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to interpret policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or childcare subsidy programs.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and support childcare providers participating in subsidized childcare programs.
• Train and assist providers with attendance reporting and invoicing procedures using CareConnect.
• Enter, update, and maintain provider information and reimbursement records in the CC4 childcare system.
• Assist providers with attendance forms, reimbursement documentation, and direct deposit enrollment.
• Follow up with providers regarding missing or late attendance submissions.
• Respond to provider inquiries and explain reimbursement policies, procedures, and requirements.
