Job summary

Children of America in Stafford, VA is seeking a Program Coordinator to support daily school operations, supervise classrooms, and implement age-appropriate activities aligned with state and accreditation standards.

You will maintain records, generate regular reports, ensure compliance, and serve as a key member of the leadership team to provide a nurturing learning environment for children from 6 weeks to 12 years old.

Qualifications

• Meets state and COA age requirement.
• Meet state regulations of Director Designee/Group Leader/Lead Teacher.
• Maintains state in-service training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee classroom management and supervision.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate programs.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports regularly.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Organize activities and events (field trips, parent conferences).
• Serve as third-level management in absence of School Director/Assistant Director.
