Job summary

Children of America, Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator to support daily school operations, oversee classroom management, and implement age-appropriate programs for children from 6 weeks to 12 years old at our Charlotte, NC location.

You will maintain records, generate regular reports, ensure compliance with COA policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards, and assist with events such as field trips and parent conferences while serving as a third-level manager in the director's

Qualifications

• Requires state regulatory knowledge and experience in childcare management.
• Experience with director-level duties or designee responsibilities preferred.
• Must meet state in-service training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support school operations, including classroom management and supervision.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate programs for children as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports regularly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Organize activities and events such as field trips and parent conferences.
• Oversee supplies and materials for an effective learning environment.
• Serve as third-level manager in absence of the School Director or Assistant Director.
