Children of America (COA) is seeking a Program Coordinator to support daily school operations, supervise classrooms, and implement age‑appropriate programs while ensuring compliance with state and accreditation standards. The role involves maintaining records, generating regular reports, and stepping in as third‑level management in the Director's absence.

The position emphasizes nurturing a quality education environment with a focus on growth, accountability, collaboration, and integrity.

Qualifications

• Meets state and COA age requirement.
• Director Designee, Group Leader, or Lead Teacher regulations.
• Maintains state in-service training requirements.
• Work experience in childcare; management experience preferred.
• Has or is completing CDA credential or a degree in Early Childhood Development.

Responsibilities

• Support the school in daily operations, including classroom management and supervision.
• Develop and implement age‑appropriate programs for children as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports on a regular basis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Organize and manage activities and events, such as field trips and parent conferences.
• Oversee the use of supplies and materials to maintain an effective learning environment.
• Serve as the third‑level management in the absence of the School Director or Assistant Director.
