Children of America, Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator to support daily operations, oversee classroom management, and implement age-appropriate programs.

You will maintain records, generate reports, and ensure compliance with regulations while contributing to a nurturing learning environment for children. The role requires management experience in childcare, adherence to state requirements, and a CDA credential or degree in Early Childhood Development.

Formación

• Meets state and COA age requirement.
• Meet state regulations of Director Designee, Group Leader, or Lead Teacher.
• Maintains state in-service training requirements.
• Work experience in childcare with management experience preferred.
• Education: CDA credential or degree in Early Childhood Development or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Support the school in daily operations, including classroom management and supervision.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate programs for children as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports on a regular basis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Organize and manage activities and events, such as field trips and parent conferences.
• Oversee the use of supplies and materials to maintain an effective learning environment.
• Serve as the third-level management in the absence of the School Director or Assistant Director.
