Child Prodigy East of Lee's Summit, MO is a licensed childcare center seeking a Full-time Floater. To be qualified, we require a high school diploma or GED and the ability to pass all background checks. Previous childcare experience preferred.

Shift: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm. Compensation: $15-17/hour based on education and experience. We are a family-oriented, close-knit organization and we have a lot to offer our next team member including competitive pay, paid trainings, and a generous benefits

• Physical ability to work around small children and lift up to 40 lbs.

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Willingness to support the center as needed. This includes covering staff members’ breaks, filling in for staff members in their absences, and assuming the classroom duties of staff members.
• Demonstrate patience, kindness and positive interactions with all children, parents, and staff.
• Operate as a team player and willingness to help where needed under the director of the lead teacher.
• Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
