Job summary

Child Prodigy East of Lee's Summit, MO is a licensed childcare center seeking a Full-time Floater. To be qualified, we require a high school diploma or GED and the ability to pass all background checks. Previous childcare experience preferred.

Shift: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm. Compensation: $15-17/hour based on education and experience. We are a family-oriented, close-knit organization and we have a lot to offer our next team member including competitive pay, paid trainings, and a generous benefits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; background checks must be passed.
• Previous childcare experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Willingness to support the center as needed, covering breaks and absences.
• Demonstrate patience, kindness and positive interactions with all children, parents, and staff.
• Operate as a team player and assist under the director of the lead teacher.
• Physical ability to work around small children and lift up to 40 lbs.
